House Clearances

It may be that you just need a clear out of unwanted or surplus to requirements items in your home. Where any items are of value, these will be sold through our auctions, and anything else you may not want, or is worthless can be disposed of. The costs of disposal will be bourne by the owner, charged separately, and the net proceeds of the sale of any valuable items will be forwarded to you with 28 days of them being sold at auction.

Whittons can also organise the valuation and collection of the contents of a property, then arrange for any items of value to be sold through our auctions, and dispose of anything else. A home visit is necessary to establish the quantity and value of such items at a mutually convenient time. Such clearances can be done in full or part, and if a valuation of the contents of a house is required for probate purposes, a valuation report will be produced
