WHITTONS are requested without any legal obligation to bid on the following lots up to the amount stated.
I understand that in the case of a successful bid a premium of 20% plus VAT will be payable on the hammer price. I have read understood and accept all terms and conditions of sale and the conditions listed below.

Conditions:
1. WHITTONS will endeavour to purchase lots for which they are asked to bid at the lowest possible price.
2. If other bids are received for the same item, it will be at the Auctioneer's discretion to increase my bid to one bid above the other bidders' maximum bid(s).
3. WHITTONS will not be held liable for wrong lot numbers being entered on this form.
If I am successful in purchasing any of the items I have bid on, I agree to pay for the items within 7 days of the sale for which the items were sold.
4. I agree that I am unable to take any of the items without cleared funds being received in lieu of full payment and that I will pay any relevant costs involved in storing and dispatch of the items as appropriate.

Telephone bids are ONLY accepted at the Auctioneer's discretion. Any such bids must be confirmed in writing using this form and no responsibility is taken by WHITTONS for such bids not being confirmed in time or for failed telephone or internet connection. All bids must be received by the auctioneers by 9.00 am on the morning of the sale. It will be at the Auctioneer's total discretion whether to accept them later than this time, and no responsibility will be accepted for refusing to accept late bids in any format.
"Buy" bids will NOT be accepted.
